About the Position
The Sales Project Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining customer relationships with a primary focus on soccer and hockey. The responsibilities are a mix of project management and sales. As the direct point of contact to the customer, you will work closely with our customers to relate their creative input to the design and production teams to effectively manage the process from initial meeting to delivery. As we continuously launch new merchandise collections to customers, you generate new leads to fill the pipeline.

Reporting to
The Sales Project Manager will report to the Vice President of Sales and the President and will work closely with all other employees.

Responsibilities
The Sales Project Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining customer relationships with a primary focus on soccer and hockey. This includes but is not limited to managing all aspects of the sales function, from lead generation to sales, and provide support to current customers.

Location
To us, it’s essential to build a culture where we can learn from each other and do so regularly in our Denver office. Therefore, your eligibility to work in the United States (as determined by the US Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification requirements) is a requirement together with the ability to work from the office in Denver, CO, during “normal business hours.”

We require employees to be generally available during “normal office hours,” which on an as-needed-basis will include earlier hours from 7 am (mountain-time) to accommodate collaboration with our coworkers overseas in Stockholm. We recognize that not everyone is a morning person, but we encourage everyone to do their best to meet these requirements as schedules allow.

Salary and Benefits
$50,000, plus bonus.

About the Position
The Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining and improving SDS’s day-to-day operations. The responsibilities are a mix of project management, sales support, logistics, and reporting. In this role, you will take ownership in the day-to-day operations, attending to the moving parts, as we launch new merchandise collections to customers continuously throughout the year. One of our primary goals for the year is streamlining our ordering and delivery process so we can free up the resources needed to collaborate more actively with our clients, effectively launching more impactful merchandise.

  • Assistance with logistics and warehousing, including forecasting and maintaining inventory levels in the ERP system and sales management portal.
  • Assisting the sales function with operational support in the hand-off from initial sale through the design, production, and delivery process.
  • Assistance with internal and external reporting.
  • Process improvement and development of best practices.
  • Playing an integral part of the daily economic function, including A/R and A/P.
  • Performing other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

International Account Manager

Vi fortsätter att växa och söker nu en International Account Manager med fokus på försäljning på vinter och sommarorter. 

Sport Design Sweden designar och producerar kläder till vinter och sommarorter samt idrottsklubbar över hela världen. Tillsammans med våra kunder tar vi fram unika kollektioner med fokus på design och kvalitet. Kunden står som avsändare och tillsammans bygger vi kundens varumärke. Arbetsuppgifter

I rollen som International Account Manager kommer du att bearbeta nya och existerande kunder. Uppgiften är att tillsammans med kunden ta fram en unik kollektionen av kläder och accessoarer. Detta görs med kunderna på plats vilket innebär en hel del resande. Du kommer vara länken mellan kunden och designavdelningen, produktion och logistik. I tjänsten ingår även att ta hand om orderhantering på huvudkontoret i Stockholm samt vara delaktig i att utveckla våra möjligheter att växa på den europeiska marknaden. På Sport Design Sweden arbetar vi nära varandra, vi delar passionen för sport och resande och trivs med att arbeta med frihet under eget ansvar.

Kvalifikationer

  • Erfarenhet från försäljning, gärna inom sport och mode  
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet av att bygga förtroende, engagemang och starka, långsiktiga kundrelationer 
  • Goda kunskaper i både svenska och engelska i tal och skrift. Övriga språkkunskaper i Tyska, Franska eller Italienska är meriterande, men inget krav
  • Körkort är ett krav 

Personliga egenskaper

  • Hög social kompetens för att skapa och upprätt hålla goda relationer och bygga nätverk 
  • Resultatorienterad och strukturerad 
  • Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och ta ansvar

I takt med att vår e-commerce-affär växer kan du kan förvänta dig högt i tak, mycket eget ansvar och att du kommer fylla en väldigt viktig roll i vårt team. Du kommer få utmana dig själv och dina kunskaper både i den dagliga verksamheten och i det strategiska arbetet. Vi kommer arbeta väldigt tajt i teamet med mycket utrymme att förverkliga idéer och testa nya saker. Din chans till anställning är stor efter en lyckad praktik. Vi arbetar främst på plats i våra nya fräscha lokaler i Sickla, Stockholm.

  • Vara drivande i att göra en marknadsplan tillsammans med teamet.
  • Skapa content till SoMe, hemsidor och mejlutskick för cirka 25 sportklubbar.
  • Sköta våra sociala medier i både planering och utförande.
  • Ha kontakt med våra kunder och deras marknadsföringsansvariga.

Om Sport Design Sweden
Sport Design Sweden arbetar med att designa och producera merchandise till över 280 svenska och internationella sportklubbar som Chicago Blackhawks och Chelsea samt över 360 destinationsorter som Åre och Val d’Isere. Om du vill läsa mer om oss och våra kunder kan du göra det här. Du som praktikant kommer främst jobba med våra svenska sportklubbar som AIK Hockey och Örebro SK.

SDS består bland annat av ett designteam, säljteam, produktion och e-commerce-team. Du kommer vara en del av e-commerce-teamet som just nu består av tre personer som alla brinner för att ta vår affär till nästa nivå. Vårt e-commerce koncept är unikt och mer komplext än en vanlig e-handel då vi arbetar med både B2C och med starka inslag av B2B.
